In 2013, he co-founded a business messaging platform that was ahead of its time, long before platforms like Facebook Messenger for Business or Slack rose to prominence. Later recognizing that market volatility represented not just a risk to mitigate but a persistent source of opportunity, he developed proprietary models and strategies designed to capture its structural edges. This insight ultimately led him to found CI Volatility.

A seasoned fintech entrepreneur and financial executive. As Founder and Chairman of AptPay Inc., Kris has driven innovation in instant domestic and cross-border disbursements, including pioneering the industry's first instant casino winnings payouts. He brings over a decade of expertise in payment systems, transaction risk, and digital financial infrastructure.

Over two decades in financial services specializing in fund administration, audit, and regulatory matters. Previously Global Head of Fund of Hedge Funds at MUFG Investor Services, overseeing 400+ funds and 80 relationships. A Canadian Chartered Accountant with an Accredited Director designation, based in the Cayman Islands since 2005.

A financial strategist with an MBA in Investment Banking and over two decades of expertise in high-value deal-making. As founder of Zolo, Canada's largest independent digital real estate brokerage, he drove more than $10 billion in cumulative sales before orchestrating its landmark sale to Questrade Financial Group — the largest transaction in Canadian real estate history.

Director of Investment for the Dominican Embassy in Qatar and a business development expert with extensive experience in facilitating international investments, trade agreements, and financial growth strategies that align with hedge fund principles. With an MBA and deep experience in structuring investment initiatives, he excels at navigating global capital flows and unlocking opportunities across emerging and developed markets, positioning him as a strategic asset to hedge funds operating internationally.

Michael has been actively trading since 1986, starting with commodities and equities before spending a decade focused on OEX options. In 2015 he shifted to UVXY premium collection, a strategy he continues to develop and refine as market conditions evolve. A serial entrepreneur who has founded companies across commercial printing, consumer electronics, IT services, web development, and real estate, Michael now trades full-time.
